ROCKPORT – The Swearingen Report for residential homes has been released for the 12 months ending January 2014 by Coldwell Banker The Ron Brown Company.
Rockport saw an almost 21 percent increase in the number of property sales from a year ago, with 520 properties sold. The average sales price for residential homes was $247,344 for the 12 months ending January 2014 — up 6.8 percent versus the same period last year when it was $231,625.
