MESQUITE - The 295-unit Mission Ranch apartment community at 901 US Hwy. 80 has been sold. Floor plans range in size from 738 sf to 1,341 sf and from $799 to $1,349.
Florida-based Advenir purchased the complex from California-based Virtu Investments. The purchase marks Advenir’s third apartment purchase in the last six months in the Dallas area.
“We are extremely bullish on Dallas-Fort Worth which is experiencing a healthy economy, positive employment growth, and in-migration,” said Todd Linden, with Advenir. “Dallas has shown tremendous fundamentals both in in-migration and job growth. We also look at the factors of the quality of life and low cost of living and when you combine all that it works out well for the multifamily business."
