Hurst’s Notting Hill Apartments sold

HURST – The Notting Hill Apartments, a 176-unit property located at 601 Brown Tr., has been sold.

Built in 1968, the 27-building complex recently underwent a $1.2 million makeover in capital improvements. Marcus & Millichap brokered the sale on behalf of Notting Hill Partners, LP.

The property is located just a mile from the Bell Helicopter plant and is within walking distance of two elementary schools. The new owner plans to make improvements to the interiors of the units to make the property more competitive in its rental submarket.
