WESLACO, HIDALGO COUNTY – Tex-Mex Sales LLC has expanded its onion processing operations at 504 E Railroad St. by 30,000 sf, according to co-owner Michael Davis.
Tex-Mex also added a second 5,000-sf cooler and a second 8,000-sf drier storage facility.
The effort has dovetailed with Tex-Mex’s rollout of its proprietary Onion Care packing and shipping process.
