COPPELL – Construction will start in March 2014 on four warehouse buildings totaling 300,000 sf in the new Park West Crossing project. The 98-acre development is at the corner of Freeport Pkwy. and Southwestern Blvd., north of I-635.

The planned business park is just west of the Cypress Waters community under construction surrounding North Lake.

“The buildings will be delivered right around the end of the year,” said Michael Luecht, principal of ML Partners, who is developing the project.

To accommodate expanding warehouse tenants, North Texas developers are building almost 10 million sf of new industrial space. Much of that is being constructed for very large tenants.

ML Realty Partners is currently building the 296,000-sf Crosby Trade Center in Carrollton, which is designed for small and medium-size firms.
