HOUSTON – An affiliate of Dallas-based Lincoln Property Co. has purchased Galleria Place from Atlanta-based developer Songy Highroads.

Galleria Place, a six-acre, 401,271-sf office campus, fronts Westheimer Rd. and is directly across Sage Rd. from the Galleria mall’s new expansion.

The campus includes the 11-story Galleria Place I office building, the ten-story Galleria Place II office building, the 5,797-sf Sage Plaza retail building, a 3,892-sf retail building occupied by Regions Bank and two parking decks.
