IRVING – BlackBerry has sold the 460,000-sf Riverside Commons campus in Las Colinas. The six-building property has been purchased by Canadian investor Brookfield Property Group.

Riverside Commons is located at 5000 Riverside Dr. BlackBerry bought the buildings in 2009 when it had a large and growing employment base in Las Colinas.

The 13-acre complex includes tenants Blackberry — which utilizes 132,000 sf — and Sprint Communications — which occupies 211,315 sf.
