RICHARDSON – The II Creeks Plaza retail center at 2700 Custer Pkwy. has been sold. The 63,952-sf center is 90 percent leased to tenants including Slate Venues, Crull Fitness, Sting Soccer, Sway Dance Center and Tannery & Co.
II Creeks Plaza-2700 Custer LLC, an Austin investment firm that is affiliated with a Texas construction and development company, bought the European-style shopping center.
