Tuscana Bay cuts ribbon in Corpus Christi

CORPUS CHRISTI – The 228-unit Tuscana Bay Apartment Homes and Lofts opened at 2921 Airline Rd. on the city’s Southside. The complex features one- and two-bedroom floor plans. Value of construction was $10.2 million.

Rents for the units range from $929 to $1,484. Amenities on the property include a 24-hour fitness center and business center as well as a swimming pool.

The corporate owners, based in Tulsa, Okla., recently purchased land across the street for an over 300-unit residential complex.
