DENTON – The 77,592-sf Denton Town Center at 2215 S. Loop 288 has been sold. The two-story, two-building retail center is across the street from the newly renovated Golden Triangle Mall.
The complex is 85 percent leased with tenants including Vision Works, Sleep Experts, CiCi’s Pizza and Jason’s Deli.
Dallas-based Greenway Investment Co. bought the property from a family investment trust.
