No moss for Stillwater Peaks new community in Dallas

DALLAS – A 180-unit urban community located along Peak St. at Lafayette, just east of Uptown, is under construction.

Dallas-based Stillwater Capital is developing Stillwater Peak Townhomes — scheduled to be ready for lease by spring 2015. The property will be comprised of both rental flats and townhomes featuring direct access garages and private front yards.

Multiple floor plans will be offered including one-bedroom/study flats, two-bedroom/study townhomes and three-bedroom townhomes.

Some of the amenities include a rooftop deck, fitness center, yoga studio, pool and wading lounge, landscaped gardens, outdoor pavilion and kitchen.
