COPPELL – The 90,225-sf Coppell Market shopping center at the corner of North Denton Tap Rd. and SH 121 has been sold for over $19 million. The fully leased retail project is anchored by a Market Street supermarket.

Philips Edison & Co., an Ohio-based real estate firm that specializes in grocery-anchored shopping centers, purchased the property from United Commercial Development.

Philips Edison also owns the Buckingham Square shopping center in Richardson. The company has more than 31 million sf of shopping centers across the country.
