ROBSTOWN – City officials have broken ground on a new $5.6 million city hall and will soon have a little more room to grow. The 17,500-sf building will neighbor the current 5,000-sf city hall building on 101 E. Main Ave.

The current city hall is decades-old and is out of space for staff to expand, making it hard to find places for meetings. Construction on the building is expected to wrap up in ten to 12 months.
