Nationstar latest to jump into Cypress Waters

IRVING – Nationstar Mortgage is moving its headquarters to the new Cypress Waters development on LBJ Fwy., northwest of Dallas. The company will move 1,300 workers to the three-story office building under construction on Cypress Waters Blvd. east of Belt Line Rd.

The 175,585-sf office project will be ready late in 2014.

Nationstar is currently based in Lewisville and is one of the country’s largest mortgage servicing and origination firms. The company also has a large office with a call center in Irving, close to the new headquarters location.

Nationstar is the latest company to decide to locate a new office in the 1,000-acre Cypress Waters development. The project is planned for 4 million sf of office space, shopping and more than 10,000 apartments and houses.
