ROCKPORT – The Swearingen Report for residential homes has been released for the 12 months ending February 2014 by Coldwell Banker The Ron Brown Company.
Rockport saw an increase of 19.7 percent in the number of property sales from a year ago, with 523 properties sold. The average sales price for residential homes was $249,105 for the 12 months ending February 2014 — up 8.5 percent versus the same period last year when it was $229,560.
