Ablon at Frisco Square a ‘wrap’

FRISCO – The Ablon @ Frisco Square, a 287-unit apartment community, will be built east of Forest Park Medical Center and northwest of Pizzeria Testa.

Plans are to break ground on the 3.41-acre project in 2014. Completion is slated for late 2015.

The Class A apartment community will feature one- and two-bedroom apartments. It will be constructed in a “wrap” configuration, around a structured parking garage and other amenities, including a resort-style clubhouse and pool with TV lounges, dining areas and outdoor fireplaces.
