470,000-SF Victory Park project old to bold style

DALLAS – Developers will soon break ground on a 23-story, 470,000-sf building in Victory Park. Hines, a Houston-based commercial real estate firm, will build the office tower on the east side of Stemmons Fwy.

The building will be next door to the One Victory Park tower that is currently occupied by tenants including Ernst & Young, Haynes and Boone, and Plains Capital. The tower will be the first office project in Victory Park in seven years.

Hines plans to open the new Victory Park building in early 2017. It will feature conference and fitness facilities, ground-floor retail space and a rooftop terrace.
