Dirt turns for 328,000-SF One Legacy West in Plano

PLANO – The string of groundbreakings in Plano’s Legacy business park continues as Gaedeke Group LLC is starting construction on its 14-story, 327,856-sf One Legacy West project.

It is the first of two high-rise office towers Gaedeke Group plans on the site, which is next door to FedEx Office’s new headquarters and across the street from the $350 million Toyota campus.

The One Legacy West building — located near the southeast corner of Legacy Dr. and SH 121 — and its six-level parking garage will open in late 2016.

The tower is part of the $2 billion Legacy West development, which includes apartments, shops, restaurants, a hotel, high-rise condos and office space.
