Richardson DARTS to 400-unit GreenVUE

RICHARDSON – Work has begun on GreenVUE, a 400-unit apartment complex at 1350 N. Greenville Ave. near State Farm’s 2 million-sf CityLine development.

Embrey Partners is developing the Class A project, which will offer one- and two-bedroom flats ranging from 650 sf to 1,450 sf. The development will comprise of three- and four-story buildings on 11.3 acres of land, including structured parking and an 8,500-sf clubhouse.

The transit-oriented community is located within walking distance of the DART Redline Arapaho Station, and is in the heart of the Telecom Corridor, one of the most significant and unique high-tech business concentrations in the United States with more than 130,000 jobs and 600 technology firms.

Construction on GreenVUE is scheduled for completion in 2015, with preleasing as early as late 2014.
