DALLAS, FORT WORTH, RICHARDSON - Dallas-based Crow Holdings Capital Partners has sold a dozen top-quality U.S. apartment properties — including three in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.

Sales included

• Dallas — 236-unit Pavilion Townplace at 7700 Greenway Blvd.;
• Richardson — 360-unit Pradera at 851 Greenside Dr.; and 
• Fort Worth — 253-unit Ridglea Village apartments 3601 Westridge Ave.

Other properties in the portfolio are located in Colorado, Oregon, Georgia and Tennessee.

Dallas-based Crow Holdings Capital Partners sold the 4,400-unit portfolio to an affiliate of Boston-based Berkshire Property Advisors.
