ARLINGTON - The 35,417-sf building at 3500 S. Cooper St. has sold to Vaquero Ventures. The vacant warehouse property will be redeveloped into a prime retail location with two undisclosed retailers in tow.

"There was a high amount of leasing interest for the redevelopment plans," said Nick Talley, vice president at Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services, who is leasing the property on behalf of the development firm.

Vaquero Ventures bought the property from EKIM Partners of Fort Worth.
