EULESS – Skywalker Property Partners has purchased a 70,111-sf industrial building. Located on more than four acres at 1101 Pamela Dr., the single-story facility was 37 percent leased at the time of the sale to tenants including Curry Printing Inc. and Modern Tektronix Assembly Inc.

The 47-year-old building sits on 4.1 acres. Curry Printing Inc. occupies 15,971 sf while Modern Tektronix Assembly Inc. leases 9,850 sf.

SkyWalker plans to conduct some light improvements to the site including the construction of a 7,500-sf spec suite with 20 percent office space.

SkyWalker bought the asset on behalf of Hangover Opportunity Fund
