GRAND PRAIRIE – Crow Holdings Industrial has broken ground on the first phase of a 220-acre industrial park — one of several new warehouse projects the firm is doing in North Texas.

Crow Holdings Industrial is starting out with a 315,000-sf building at Wildlife Commerce Park. The new business park, which is on the former site of the International Wildlife Park, will eventually include 2.8 million sf of industrial space in as many as nine buildings. Wildlife Commerce Park is located along Belt Line Rd., just north of I-30.

Crow Holdings has two other projects in Grand Prairie, including the construction of a 419,520-sf industrial building at 1025 Post & Paddock St. and the renovation of a 117,050-sf warehouse at 1201 Ave. S.

In Flower Mound, the firm is constructing two industrial buildings in the Lakeside Business District that total 450,000 sf.

Crow Holdings Industrial is an affiliate of Dallas-based investment firm Crow Holdings and currently has more than 1 million sf of warehouse projects under construction in North Texas.
