DALLAS – Japanese investors — who have owned SOHCO (previously known as Cornerstone Business Park) industrial project for almost ten years — are adding 115,000 sf to the project.

Miyama USA Texas and Pillar Commercial of Dallas are teaming up to build the 115,000-sf office, showroom and distribution building on Stemmons just south of Spur 482, near Love Field.

The building will be an addition to the project previously known as Cornerstone Business Park.

The two existing buildings in the business park at 9761 and 9755 Clifford Dr. contain 250,000 sf and are fully leased.
