AMARILLO – Quality Inn Amarillo East, a 115-room hospitality property, has been sold. The asset closed in less than 35 days of being placed under contract.
The hotel is located at 1515 I-40 East in Amarillo. It is situated less than seven miles from Rick Husband Amarillo International Airport, less than four miles from Amarillo Junior College and less than two miles from Tradewind Airport.
Constructed in 1985, the hotel offers guests free wireless high-speed internet, a business center, truck parking and free hot breakfast.
