LA firm sips 409,000 SF of Sugar Creek in Sugar Land

SUGAR LAND – Sugar Creek I and II, a 409,168-sf office park, was purchased by Los Angeles-based Stockdale Capital Partners. The office park is located on South Dairy Ashford at US 90.

The office space was 96.1 percent occupied at the time of the acquisition, and tenants include the main U.S. office of London-based Noble Corp. PLC’s Noble Drilling Services Inc., as well as the business address of UnitedHealthcare.
