Bayou Bend Business Park to 378,000 SF in southwest Houston

HOUSTON – Bayou Bend Business Park, a two-building, 378,380-sf industrial project, will break ground this month with a completion date set for early 2015.

The project will be located on 21.89 acres at S. Sam Houston West Pkwy. near Hwy. 90. It will contain a 310,010-sf cross-dock building with a 68,370-sf side-load facility, ESFR sprinkler systems, outside storage and trailer storage.

The southwest submarket is the third largest in Houston and consistently maintains a low availability percentage, currently at 5.1 percent this quarter, according to Stream Realty Partners.
