Vizcaya breaks ground in Round Rock

ROUND ROCK – Taylor Morrison has broken ground on Vizcaya, a 475-acre community at A.W. Grimes Blvd. and University Blvd. The tract will include 1,200 home sites and six product lines with homes ranging from 1,200 sf to 4,000 sf.

The community is projected to open by the end of the year.

The developer and builder also purchased an additional 54 acres adjacent to Steiner Ranch in Austin. The new land, which will include 84 lots, is located at Selma Hughes Rd. and Quinlan Park Rd. near Lake Travis and Lake Austin.

The Steiner Ranch property was acquired in first quarter 2014. The property is expected to open in the fall.
