Valley Hi H-E-B ready for business

SAN ANTONIO – A new 97,000-sf H-E-B store in the Valley Hi community is open on San Antonio’s South Side.

Located at 368 Valley Hi Dr., the new H-E-B spans nearly two and a half times the size of the previous store.

The Valley Hi store also is representative of a larger building campaign the grocer has kicked off in the Alamo City. “This H-E-B is one of 11 stores we plan to open or majorly remodel in the San Antonio area this year,” says Kim Harle of H-E-B.

The new Valley Hi store will feature one of the largest in-house pharmacies in the company’s chain of stores; an in-house cafe; and expanded seafood, beauty and produce departments.
