COLLEGE STATION – The Veterinary & Biomedical Sciences Education Complex has broken ground. The new complex includes a 200,000-sf teaching facility and an expansion of the Small Animal Hospital, according to the Texas A&M College of Veterinary Medicine (CVM).

The new building will house classroom and teaching laboratory space. The cost for both facilities is $120 million. The building is expected to open in 2016, which will also be the 100th anniversary of the CVM.
