Topping off at 346-unit Alexan at Auburn Lakes in Spring

SPRING – Construction on the 346-unit garden style Alexan at Auburn Lakes has topped off on nine three-story buildings. The project broke ground in September 2013 and initial occupancy at the community is expected to begin in mid-August with preleasing starting in July.

The community is located along West Rayford Rd. and Gosling Rd. on a 12.5-acre gated site near the Woodlands. Alexan will offer a mix of one- and two-bedroom apartments, with average rents around $1,199 per month or $1.33 per sf.

Some of the first-floor buildings include fenced-in yards, with some units offering lakeside views. The community includes 47 attached garages and 457 parking spaces.

Interiors of the units will include granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and hardwood cabinetry.

Amenities include two swimming pools and sun decks, cabanas, outdoor kitchen, private lake with jogging trail bordered by native hardwood trees, business center, billiards room, fitness center that features yoga, spin rooms and on-site personal trainers, and on-site pet spa included in the community’s Bark Park.
