Trio of SurePoint Self Storage to San Antonio, Schertz

SAN ANTONIO, SCHERTZ – Local investors have turned dirt on a new self-storage facility at I-35 and FM 1103 in the City of Schertz, just northeast of San Antonio. The state-of-the-art 113,000-sf facility is scheduled to open in January 2015.

On San Antonio’s Northwest Side, investors also plan to turn dirt on two other storage facilities in 2014. Plans are in place to break ground in July on a 110,000-sf facility at the corner of NW Military Highway and George Rd.

Work on a third self-storage facility, also spanning 110,000 sf, is slated to begin in December. The project will be located at the corner of Bulverde Pkwy. and Roseheart, on the far North Central Side.

All three facilities will be branded under the moniker SurePoint Self Storage.
