LITTLE ELM, DENTON COUNTY – The 170,000-sf Little Elm Towne Crossing at the northwest corner of Eldorado Pkwy. and FM 423.
The retail center’s tenants include Hobby Lobby, 24 Hour Fitness, Hibbett Sports, Planet Tan, Baskin-Robbins and Monarch Dental.
The Henry S. Miller Co., who developed the 21-acre project in 2008, sold Little Elm Towne Crossing to LETC Dunhill LLC.
