Precision bring 30,000 SF plant to Brenham
BRENHAM – Precision Polymer Engineering Ltd. broke ground on its first manufacturing facility in the U.S. in April. The firm said it will construct a 30,000-sf plant in Brenham.
Initially, the company will use more than 50 percent of the space and invest nearly $4 million to populate it with about 20 employees and 14 presses.
The $4 million investment does not include the cost of constructing the building, which is projected to begin production in November.
Precision Polymer could triple the amount of presses with the remaining capacity in Brenham in about five years. At that time, the company has an additional 20,000 sf on the lot if it wants to extend the building and create more capacity.
