AMARILLO – The 195-unit Lighthouse Apartments, located at 4515 South Virginia St., and the 216-unit Canyon Ranch Apartments, located at 4615 South Virginia St., have been sold.

Lighthouse Apartments is comprised of 192 one-bedroom units that are 560 sf each, and three two-bedroom/two-bathroom units at 1,120 sf each.

Canyon Ranch Apartments, constructed in 1976, is comprised of 27 two-story buildings. The asset possesses 104 one-bedroom units that are 700 sf each, 32 two-bedroom/one-bathroom units that are 900 sf each and 80 two-bedroom/two-bathroom units that are 1,000 sf each.

Both communities are conveniently situated near I-27 and I-40 and are minutes away from Amarillo College, West Texas A&M and numerous shopping and restaurants venues.
