Midlothian buys 212 acres for new business park

MIDLOTHIAN – Midlothian Economic Development has acquired 212 acres located at the northwest corner of Hwy. 67 and Miller Rd., according to President Larry Barnett.

A new business park will be developed on the land in support of Midlothian Economic Development’s focus to attract companies from outside the area to build their business within the City of Midlothian.

Midlothian Business Park will be marketed to companies desiring to build manufacturing and/or distribution facilities ranging from 25,000 sf to 150,000 sf.
