Collin County Inspiration for 1,400 homes

COLLIN COUNTY – Work has started on 1,400 homes for a residential community at the east end of Parker Rd., east of US Hwy. 75. Huffines Communities is the developer of the almost 600-acre Inspiration project.

Construction has begun on the first 206 lots in the project, which is on the shores of Lavon Lake.

Builders including Highland Homes, K. Hovnanian, Meritage, CastleRock and Shaddock have already bought home sites in the community. The average house price will be around $375,000. The first model homes will be open next February.

Inspiration will also have a community center with a pool and an outdoor pavilion.
