University Park Tech Center III, IV sold in San Antonio

SAN ANTONIO – Clarion Partners has purchased University Park Tech Center III and IV. The two Class A office buildings total 165,007 sf.

The two buildings are located within the University Park development, a 3.2 million-sf master-planned business park that spans 176 acres and sits 12 miles northwest of downtown San Antonio.

University Park Tech Center III and IV were developed in 2001 and 2002. The buildings are fully occupied by two tenants.

This is Clarion’s second acquisition in the University Park Tech Center. Previously, it purchased Tech Center I and II.
