New $18M face in Dallas walks the L’Oreal of Paris runway

SOUTH DALLAS – Cosmetics maker L’Oreal has opened the 513,000-sf L’Oreal Dallas Distribution Logistics Center at Dallas Ave. and Telephone Rd., south of I-20.

The $17.5 million industrial project is on the north side of Ridge Property Trust’s 300-acre Ridge Logistics center in South Dallas.

The city of Dallas provided $4.5 million in economic incentives for the project, which is expected to create more than 100 jobs.
