276 Homes headed to San Antonio’s I-10 corridor

FAR NORTHWEST SAN ANTONIO – KB Home has purchased 78 acres along the I-10 corridor on Old Fredericksburg Rd. and Ralph Fair Rd. for Mirabel, a community to contain 276 ‘Built to Order’ homes. Development is scheduled to begin in September 2014, with a grand opening anticipated in spring 2015.

Mirabel will offer four one-story and 12 two-story floor plans ranging from 2,004 sf to 4,094 sf and featuring up to five bedrooms and three baths. Planned amenities include a community park and pool.

San Antonio’s Far Northwest submarket is known for its rolling Hill Country terrain, abundant attractions and top-rated schools. Mirabel will be a short drive to Northside ISD schools.
