DALLAS, ALLEN - International real estate investor Investcorp has purchased three area office buildings. Two of the buildings are in Uptown, and the third is in Allen.

The Uptown buildings are 3400 Carlisle St. and 2811 McKinney Ave., which were purchased from Caddo Holdings of Dallas. The five-story, 76,381-sf 3400 Carlisle building is on Lemmon Ave. and the three-story, 94,095-sf 2811 McKinney building is near the Quadrangle.

One Allen Center is a 150,509-sf, five-story office building at N. Central Expy. and Bethany Dr.

The investor bought the Dallas office buildings along with a Florida apartment community for $105 million. The properties averaged 95 percent occupancy at the time of sale.

Investcorp is an $11 billion international investment firm with offices in New York, London, the Kingdom of Bahrain, Saudi Arabia and Abu Dhabi.
