DALLAS - Virgin America will officially move into two gates at Dallas Love Field on Oct. 13, according to the City of Dallas and the airline.

Virgin will sublease the gates from American Airlines, who was ordered to give up the gates by the Department of Justice after completing a merger with United Airlines.

Virgin is offering 14 roundtrips daily to New York's LaGuardia Airport, Reagan National Airport, Los Angeles International Airport and San Francisco International Airport. Virgin will expand that number to 16 in early 2015, and will add Chicago O’Hare.

Virgin will also offer three classes of service, something that is not currently offered at Dallas Love Field.
