Grapevine to Infiniti! 75,000-SF dealership on the way
GRAPEVINE – Work has begun on a 75,000-sf Infiniti dealership at the southwest corner of SH 114 and Texan Tr. The Grubbs Infiniti dealership is expected to open early 2015 with construction cost of $7.5 million
Infiniti is calling the new project the premier flagship for Infiniti across the world, said George Grubbs III, executive manager.
The dealership has a 40-year lease with DFW International Airport, which owns the 16-acre tract that will house the dealership.
The dealership will feature a new design that places the cars in a way that surrounds the main facility on every side and will be environmentally friendly by using high-efficient LED lighting inside and outside.
The building will also include a customer café with snacks, lunches and desserts and a VIP lounge with free Wi-Fi and Starbucks coffee.
For 15 years, Grubbs Infiniti has resided in Euless, but Grubbs said it has outgrown its facility. The family started looking for land two years ago and sought out Grapevine to be closer to the customer base and competition.
