Tyler’s Townhomes at Faulkner Park adding 30 homes

TYLER – Mezayek Building Ltd. filed permits for 30 townhomes at 413 W. Cumberland Rd. The permits are worth $2.328 million.

They include 18 permits for 1,850-sf units costing $74,000 each, and 12 permits for 2,075-sf units costing $83,000 each.

The townhomes will be part of the Townhomes at Faulkner Park. The community offers two- and three-bedroom floor plans ranging in size from 1,282 sf to 1,508 sf. Units also come with two-car garages.
