NOLANVILLE, BELL COUNTY - Beulah Bluff, a 55-lot subdivision, will develop nearly 42 acres on top of a Nolanville hill, bringing to the market new homes valued at $300,000 or more.

The first phase of the subdivision, which will have room for 25 lots, should be completed by June. Entrances for the subdivision will be on FM 2410 and the access road of US 190.

Construction crews are putting down the curb and should be ready to lay asphalt and electric utilities by mid-May.

While the property is situated closer to Nolanville and Belton’s city limits, the site is located in Harker Heights’ extraterritorial jurisdiction. That means it will one day become part of the city, but its future residents won’t pay city taxes or receive city services until then.

The construction, which began last summer, has gone well, according to Fred Morris, Harker Heights’ director of planning and development.
