Houston Flea Market flees to 320,000-SF Airtex Commerce Park

HOUSTON – A 320,000-sf warehouse distribution project, Airtex Commerce Park, will be developed on the current site of the Armadillo Flea Market Mall. The project is located on 19.6 acres at 431 Airtex Dr., near the intersection of I-45 and Airtex Dr. south of Spring.

Airtex Commerce Park will house two warehouse buildings capable of leasing tenants in blocks of 40,000 sf or more. The first building will be 166,000 sf and could see tenants occupy the property by the end of the year.

Construction will break ground soon after the flea mall’s demolition.

The project is being developed by Molto Properties and Generational Commercial Properties. Colliers International is marketing the development.
