EAST DALLAS – The 100,000-sf, four-story building at 333 N. Washington Ave. has been purchased for $16 million. The Baylor University School of Nursing purchased the property from the Baptist General Convention of Texas.
The building, which was constructed in 1987, is adjacent to Baylor University Medical center.
