Downtown Waco revival adds Franklin Place Apartments

WACO – Franklin Place Apartments has opened at 600 Franklin Ave. to anchor a mixed-use development known as Franklin Place.

Franklin Place has 142 living units. One-bedroom units range from $825 to $1,000. Two bedrooms range from $1,300 to $1,800 The residential area will have a pool, community center, fitness center and underground parking.

With the official launch of the project expected around June 1, 2014, 33 percent of the residential units have been preleased.

Meanwhile 9,800 sf of retail space has been completed in the development and is ready to be leased.
