Petro-Hunt Dallas HQ to move to Rosewood Court

DALLAS – Dallas-based oil and gas firm Petro-Hunt has decided to move its corporate headquarters to Rosewood Court, located at 2101 Cedar Springs Rd. The firm will move into the entire seventh floor, which spans about 70,000 sf.

The firm will leave the 33rd and 34th floors of Thanksgiving Tower with the move. Petro-Hunt will take over the lease for a one-time high-flying hedge fund that fell on hard times in 2012 and downsized its Dallas operations.

The 19-story, Class AA office property is owned and managed by Dallas-based Rosewood Property Co.
