TEXAS CITY – A new 60,000-sf Buc-ee’s opened at I-45 south and Holland Rd., just steps away from a Tanger Outlet Mall. Buc-ee’s has 56 fueling stations and employs 205 hourly associates.

It’s a sporting goods store, a Texas boutique, toy store, surf shop, deli and miniature grocery store rolled into one building. The store carries a variety for fishing, beach or camping trips.

They have all types of bait along with many fishing accessories. Other items include beach and swimwear, skateboards and wake boards.

Buc-ee’s is known for the cleanliness of its restrooms, and this stop will house 33 urinals for men and 23 stalls for women.

Oh, and don’t forget the Beaver Nuggets, those addictive sweet snacks. They can be found just about every five feet.
